For 15 years, I worked in professional services marketing. It was safe, structured, and logical—exactly what I thought life should look like.

But over time, something inside me felt unsettled. There was a quiet nudge I didn’t fully understand at the time, whispering that my life was out of alignment. For years, I ignored it.

Then one day, I took a leap of faith, left my corporate career, and started Good to Grow Marketing. Looking back, I now realize that was the first time I truly followed my intuition. I had no guarantees, no clear plan, but something inside me said this is what I needed to do.

Over the next 11 years, I built Good to Grow Marketing—a business that allowed me to blend my marketing knowledge, strategy, and entrepreneurial spirit. During that time, I also wrote Good to Grow, a book that captured many of the lessons I’d learned about making the shift from being an employee to an entrepreneur.

In 2023, everything shifted. My dad was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer and several people in my life needed my support and caregiving. I choose to press pause on my business.

That season of life, though heavy and heartbreaking, cracked me open in ways I never expected. It led me to energy work—first through Reiki, then through the Emotion Code.

As I began to study and practice these healing modalities, I realized something profound: I was being called to show up in a completely different way.

When I emerged from that chapter of my life after my dad's passing, I knew I couldn’t return to the “old” version of myself. I wanted to embrace all the parts of who I am—the creative entrepreneur, the intuitive healer, the mentor, the storyteller.

So, I decided to lean into the next thing that felt right. I started opening up about my alcohol-free journey and created Still Me, But Alcohol-Free.

Shortly after that, life threw me yet another surprise: since shortly before my dad's passing I had been receiving signs and synchronicities that pointed me toward mediumship and they were getting stronger. As I explored more, I started to suspect that I had mediumship abilities that I had never suspected. To say I was shocked would be an understatement.

But, once again, I followed the breadcrumbs, allowing myself to explore this path with curiosity and openness. Over time, I began to develop my skills and started helping others reconnect with loved ones who had passed—a role that continues to humble and amaze me.

Today, I’ve fully embraced the multi-passionate person I was always meant to be. I’m a business & well-being mentor, alcohol-free living guide, Reiki and Emotion Code practitioner, medium and author.

At the heart of everything I do is the desire to help guide others to heal and grow so that they can find their own path, and live in alignment with their highest potential.

My journey has taught me that life doesn’t have to be linear or perfectly planned. Sometimes, the most powerful transformations happen when we let go of what's no longer serving us and get out of our own way, follow the nudges, and trust the universe to guide us.
