If you had told me ten years ago that I would become a psychic medium and energy healer, I would have laughed.

Unlike many mediums, I didn't grow up knowing I had intuitive abilities or imagining this would one day become my life's work. Today, I help people reconnect with their intuition, deepen their connection with loved ones in Spirit, and trust their own inner guidance.

Getting here was anything but predictable.

For fifteen years, I built a career in professional services marketing before taking what I now recognize as my first leap of faith: leaving corporate life to start Good to Grow Marketing.

Looking back, I can see that was one of the first times I truly trusted my intuition, even though I didn't have the language for it then.

Over the next eleven years, I built a successful consulting business and wrote Good to Grow, a book inspired by the lessons I'd learned about the mindset and habit shifts you need to make in going from being an employee to entrepreneur.

Soon after I'd launched my book, my life changed.

In 2023, my dad was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. As I stepped away from my business to care for him and support my family, I found myself searching for support for myself and those around me in ways I never had before.

That search led me to Reiki, then the Emotion Code, and eventually somewhere I never expected: unexpectedly discovering my mediumship abilities to communicate with those in Spirit. 

After my dad's passing, I knew I couldn't return to the version of my life I had left behind.

As I rebuilt, I shared my own alcohol-free journey through Still Me, But Alcohol-Free, continued developing my mediumship and energy healing abilities, and slowly realized that every chapter of my life had been preparing me for this one.

Today, I bring together everything I've learned as a Medium, Reiki Master, Emotion Code Practitioner, mentor, and author.

My goal is always the same: to help people reconnect with their own sense of well-being, strengthen their intuition, experience a continued relationship with loved ones in Spirit, and live more intuitively guided lives.

One of the things I'm most passionate about is helping people realize that connection isn't reserved for a gifted few. I believe we all have the ability to deepen our intuition, connect with our loved ones, and become more aware of the guidance that's already around us.

I live in Oakville, Ontario, with my husband, our two children, and our dog, Remy. I'm an avid reader who loves spending time in nature and boating in Georgian Bay.

I'm always learning, exploring new perspectives and developing my abilities because I believe the best guides are the ones who never stop being curious.
