By booking or participating in any session, class, event, or service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

The services provided are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Laura Valvasori does not diagnose illnesses, prescribe medical treatment, provide psychotherapy, or guarantee outcomes of any kind. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider or licensed professional regarding any medical, mental health, legal, or financial concerns.

Personal Responsibility

By participating in services, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily choosing to engage in these sessions and accept full responsibility for your own choices, interpretations, and outcomes.

No Guarantees

Intuitive, psychic, mediumship, Reiki, and energy healing services are subjective experiences. Information received during sessions may be symbolic, interpretive, or open to personal meaning.

No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy of information received, the outcome of any situation, communication with specific loved ones in spirit, emotional or physical healing, or future events.

Mediumship and intuitive communication cannot be guaranteed in every session.

Energy Healing Disclaimer

Reiki and Emotion Code sessions are complementary wellness practices intended to support relaxation, energetic balance, and emotional well-being. These services are not medical treatments and are not intended to replace licensed medical or mental health care.

Clients receiving in-person or distance energy healing sessions understand that results vary for each individual and that no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Online Sessions & Technology

Virtual sessions are offered through electronic communication platforms such as Zoom or similar technologies. While reasonable efforts are made to protect privacy, confidentiality of electronic communications cannot be guaranteed due to the inherent risks associated with internet-based technology.

By participating in online sessions, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is respected, and information shared during sessions will be kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is concern regarding risk of harm to yourself or others.

If session recordings are provided, they are intended for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared publicly without written permission.

Personal information collected through bookings, intake forms, email communications, or sessions is handled with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR for clients located in the European Union (EU) or United Kingdom (UK). By using this website or participating in services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your information for the purposes of providing services, communication, scheduling, and record keeping.

Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book services unless written consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian.

Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If Laura Valvasori does not feel a sufficient connection or link with Spirit within approximately the first 10 minutes of a mediumship session, the session may be ended at her discretion and a full refund provided.

Beyond that point, sessions are considered delivered and non-refundable.

All other services, classes, workshops, and events are non-refundable once booked.

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.

Limitation of Liability

By booking or participating in any service, you agree that Laura Valvasori and any associated business entities shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, financial, legal, medical, or personal outcomes arising from participation in services or reliance upon information provided during sessions.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, regardless of the client’s location.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service, session, class, workshop, or event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Disclaimer & Policies statement.
