HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE CIRCLE
Please plan to arrive shortly before 6 pm so that we can get started on time.
You may bring with you a photo or something that belonged to your loved one as a way to honour them. It will be placed in the sharing circle and returned to you.
Bring a water bottle, yoga mat (option to lay down for meditation) and dress comfortably as we will be seated on bolsters in the store.
If possible, plan to have some alone time following the event to integrate the experience.
