One of the most commonly asked questions I get is "What are your recommendations for non-alcoholic drinks?
Over the years I’ve tried a wide variety of non-alcoholic drinks, and many of them went down the drain...along with the dollars I spent on them!
I created this guide that includes 23 of my favourite non-alcoholic drinks plus other alcohol alternatives to save you some of the time and money I spent trying different options.

As someone new to the non-alcoholic/low alcohol lifestyle, the workshop Laura hosted gave me insight into adjusting my throughts towards alcohol and where it fits (or doesn't fit) in my life. It was also helpful to have someone guide me through some non-alcoholic drink options as the choices can feel overwhelming.

Questions?
I'm glad you noticed the nuance! I do not consider myself a Master of living alcohol-free. A Mentor is defined as an experienced and trusted adviser which feels more fitting. I am not a mental health or addictions professional or a therapist. I am someone who has had a personal experience that has been life-changing. I am sharing what I have learned through my research and experience to help guide other women.
This MentorClass is not intended to support anyone with alcohol addiction or alcohol use disorder. This workshop is intended to support mid-life women who are questioning their relationship with alcohol and interested in reducing or eliminating alcohol with the intent of feeling better so that they can live their best life.
Absolutely not. Making the decision to go alcohol-free is a journey. Everyone is on their own path. The challenge is that without the right mindset and strategies, most people don't ever give themselves a chance to be alcohol-free for long enought to experience the benefits. This class will give you some informaton and tools to "try on" experiencing a social event without alcohol.
The holidays provide a perfect opportunity to experiment with being alcohol-free as there are lots of social activities to choose from. With some tools under your belt, I would love to invite you to pick just one social event to apply your learnings and see how it feels.
No, this is pre-recorded MentorClass for you to watch at your convenience.
Given that the MentorClass is pre-recorded, there is not an opportunity to ask questions live, but I'm happy to answer any questions if you submit them to: me@lauravalvasori.com.
Nice to Meet You!
Hi, I'm Laura...
I'm a Business & Well-Being Mentor for Women.
I help women see what's possible for them, simplify the path forward, and empower them with the knowledge and support to live their best life.
Like many women, in my early forties, I started feeling like alcohol was no longer agreeing with my body (hello perimenopause!), but I couldn't imagine quitting drinking as it was such a part of my social life.
I was dealing with regular indigestion and heartburn, restless sleep, and ongoing bouts of anxiety. I suspected that the wine I was regularly drinking might have been the issue, but I didn't want to admit it.
After hitting a breaking point, in August of 2020, I took a mindset-based approach to "trying on" going alcohol-free in a quest to feel better.
I did not have what would be defined as a drinking problem or an addiction, but wanted to see if removing alcohol would change any of the symptoms I was experiencing.
Today, over 3 years later, I live happily alcohol-free and have experienced so many physical and mental health benefits after quitting alcohol that it's now become a way of life I'm committed to living.
I am now sharing what I’ve learned to guide other women through the journey of shifting to an alcohol-free life. I want to normalize not drinking as a part of living a healthy life so that we can feel our best and live our best lives.
